Every day brings a new challenge. Every day is another opportunity that tests who we think we are and what we think we believe. So, just take it one day at a time.
Seems like a cliche idea, but try it out and see how that idea may effect your everyday. Just for today, keep a smile on your face no matter the situation. Just for today, know your limits. Just for today, know the consequences of your actions. ... turn off the TV. ... take a break from Facebook/Twitter/Instagram/Pinterest. ... experience something amazing. ... clean the house (and not just because people are coming over). ... try something new. ... have patience in all you do. ... exercise. ... listen to really good music. ... have a conversation with an encouraging person. ... compliment someone else. ... be smart. ... be courageous. ... be productive. ... have wisdom. ... travel. ... love the life you live. And if it doesn't work today, try it again tomorrow. Don't put yourself down. Don't get so upset and frustrated with yourself. You got this.

This is a blog about the ups & downs of early
adulthood, God's goodness & faithfulness, & life in other countries. “Look at the nations and watch— and be utterly amazed. For I am going to do something in your days that you would not believe, even if you were told."
