Worry leads to stress, which leads to anxiety. So don't worry, just trust God will work it all out. He is the master planner. Wow, is that so much more easier said than done - like most things in this life. For example, I was sitting down with my mom last night discussing potential plans and opportunities for NEXT summer. A little while later I couldn't help but think why in the world am I worrying if something is or isn't going to happen? And it is so far off in the future. We are not put here to worry and panic and waste valuable time on things that we simply can't control. Then, even if we think we figured it all out, we are still left with a sense of panic inside us. I saw an article the other day that said "sitting more than eleven hours a day increases the risk of dying within three years by 40 percent..." When I read that, I just wanted to jump off my bed and run and dance and go to something fun, and definitely not go to sleep like I was about to (even if I needed to get up for my morning class). So much of our time is really really wasted on worrying. The way I see it, like I said, worry leads to stress, which leads to anxiety, which can lead to something even worse. Do you really need something as pointless as a situation you can't control, consuming your everyday life? I'll answer that for you. No, you don't. Yes, we have those everyday, cliche things that come up every now and then - school, family, work, relationships. But please don't let it consume you and your decision to live a happy and joyful lifestyle. Don't worry, just be happy. Thanks for reading! ;)
